Anyone know if Multicleaner and Multifl0w are compatible?

I like the options of Multicleaner for closing, but like the tiling look of multifl0w for backgrounded apps. But are the compatible? I don't want it all laggy as the conflict. Or if it's not memory efficient combo, any ideas or opinions? TIA.
