2 questions:

[1] I'm looking to trade in my G4 533 desktop (768MB RAM) w/ 17" CRT monitor for a PowerBook 800 (512MB RAM) + Airport. I would also pay $1900. Is this a good trade/price?

[2] I'd rather wait until the new PowerBooks are out so I can get a better price. When do you think they comming out?

Go to www.powermax.com to trade-in and trade-up.

And wait a little. You can get a new TiBook when they come out or an "old" 800 MHz. Unless you need it now. It could be a few months.

I would agree with solvs. When they upgrade the powermac line, the Ti800 will be the bottom end, and if they throw in bluetooth, or something else, then it might be a good deal. You might also have a BTO superdrive on it also.

OTOH, the more you wait, the less you will get for your current Powermac.
