Is there a way to make big icons?

I would like to have 2 icons at the top on my home screen that would be the size of 4 together. So I can have just 2 big icons side by side at the top of the screen. Can this be done some way?

In that instance, no. Shrink will enlarge/shrink all icons, not just a couple of them.
