I've just installed Remote HD on my iPhone 4. It's great over the wireless LAN, but I'm trying to set up to use over the internet.

I've got a pretty new iMac but the Remote HD help pages don't give much info on how to set up my router/computer.

Does anyone know where there's a more step-by-step guide to doing this?
