iPod touch Charging New Touch

I just bought a new Ipad touch. It will not charge with any device (wall charger, PC, or Docking station). This is the second one, I returned the 1st (bought 2 days ago) yesterday, same problem. Using the assessories kit that came with it and charger in it. Tried PC, no luck. Help
