i have the original iPod "Chromatic" Nano and it recently got dented, im just wondering what are the chances apple will replace it atleast fix it...and i forgot to mention that i will not take a USB unless its forced in :(

yeah i dont think they're going to replace that. U should just try and bend it back.

Why would Apple repair or replace it? It is out of warranty and even so, the warranty doesn't cover damage done by the user.

+1 ... looks like you could bend it with a pair of needle nose pliers

spoke to apple they said they could give me a new unit for cheap but i'd rather use pliers and unbend this thing...
