HELP!! iMAC in Trouble.

hey
my friends imac's screen wont turn on, but the comp will. i recently installled jaguar for him. Does the 16 MB requirement make his screen not turn on? (he has 8mb of vram)

help me plz.

That wouldn't have anything to do with it. Try booting with a CD-ROM that contains Mac OS 9.x or use the Jaguar installation CD-ROM.

It's most likely coincidence that it's happened now.

yea

i think the crt blew out. Cuz his comp still works fine, jsut the screen wont show anything.
