basically it is updated to 4.2.1 and was working fine. one morning it was switched off so i thought the battery was dead i charged it but looked again and it was blank. i tried again and the apple logo appeared for about 10 seconds then the screen went blank again :/ i plugged it into the laptop and it wasnt recognized by itunes. i took it to apple and found my warranty was finished 🙁 they said it was either overheated or dropped. my brother tried to restore it and everything but it came up with error 23. any1 know if it is now bricked or how to fix it.
any advise would be much appreciated 😀

iPhone errors in the 20s aren't fixable. The only solution would to be to by a new iPhone.

Like said above it has a hardware issue.
You can bring it to a repair shop to have it checked out or buy a new one.
You're probably out of warranty so Apple will charge $199 to replace it.

1. Stop bumping the thread every 5 minutes.
2. As previously mentioned, error 2x is a hardware issue. Resolve it by buying a new phone.
