I have a late 2007 MacBook running OS 10.6.5. When I insert my new iLife 11 DVD, nothing happens... I have to eject the DVD using the F12 key.
History:
- The OS 10.6 DVD read just fine under Leopard, hence the successful install.
- Other DVDs read/mount just fine.
- iLife disk spins for a few seconds, then stops. No response from the drive.
- F12 Eject works.

HW Info:

Revision: GA0K

Any help would be appreciated.

Bad DVD? Also, if you're on a macbook, why are you using F12 to eject and not the eject button?
