iPod touch iPod Touch 4g won't sync apps with iTunes...

Somehow, the Apps section of my iPod menu in iTunes is grayed out and it won't sync my newly purchased apps with my iTunes.

It keeps giving Apply/Revert option which won't do anything. The first page is blank too.

Any clue?
