Does anyone have any experience with these companies? Will either of these work for sure in the mini? Any advice is warmly welcomed. :D

Newegg's great. If you have a problem, you can usually return it for a replacement. I'd read the reviews first. It looks like the PC3200 model was used successfully in G5 iMacs, so it should work fine in the Mini. It's usually only cheap or higher-clocked RAM that has issues with Macs.

That RAM should do just fine, all of the specs match up. however if I were you I would go with http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=20-220-030&depa=0
It's about 1 buck more but is built using the same name brand chips that the Mini ships with (Samsung) and yes i know that module is PC3200 but so is the module shipped with the Mini.
