CoD UO Show Frame Rates?

Does anybody know if there is a way to have Call of Duty show framerates on screen?
Also, is there a way to run full-screen on a 20" without the black bars on the sides? I get flashing yellow borders when I try high-rez display settings. I'm currently at 800x600 (I think) and have an FX5200 card.

1. start the game
2. make sure console is enabled (options> Save/Interact> enable console: yes.
3. press the ~ key and type "set cg_drawfps 1" without the quotes.
That's it.
