Is it possible to take pictures through binoculars?

Yeah. I once took photos though a telescope. Of course, at the time I had a small point and shoot so the lens was pretty small and fit in the eye cup.

The only issue you'll have is if the lens is bigger than the binoculars since you'll end up with only a small spot in the middle of the picture that's magnified.

Yes, people have done that with iPhone.

I am not aware of any camera adapters for binoculars. You can find camera adapters for spotting scopes and telescopes.

Yes, but for it to be most effective the diameter of the camera lens should be the same diameter of the eyepiece objective.

I used to use a Nikon 995 digital camera on a Meade ETX90 but I bought a special eyepiece to do the job.
