Is it possible to take pictures through binoculars?

Such as these Celestron SkyMaster 20x80 Center Focus Binoculars?

I would assume not, but just curious.

Yeah. I once took photos though a telescope. Of course, at the time I had a small point and shoot so the lens was pretty small and fit in the eye cup.

The only issue you'll have is if the lens is bigger than the binoculars since you'll end up with only a small spot in the middle of the picture that's magnified.

Is it possible?

Yes, but for it to be most effective the diameter of the camera lens should be the same diameter of the eyepiece objective.

I used to use a Nikon 995 digital camera on a Meade ETX90 but I bought a special eyepiece to do the job.

EDIT: Probably will not work well at all with a 35mm DSLR
