I forgot to post this way back, but Burt Rutan built a plane a few years back called a Boomerang, the brains of the plane are a pre G3 laptop. I am on the company dull laptop in Boston so don't know how to post the geewhiz pix, but here is a link to a cockpit shot with the apple laptop.
Boomerang (http://www.airandspacemagazine.com/asm/web/site/QTVR/boomer.html) .

I remembered this while discussing the recent sub that ran into a sea mount. Then discussing the brit sub running on windows, or I guess gets towed with a blue screen of death any way.

But apple laptops running complex aircraft is cool!

Very cool!

And welcome to snowy Boston! Cold enough for you?

BURRRR! It was like 5f when we landed and -10f wind chill, sunny skies though.

I'll be at the Signature Flight Support lobby till 4pm local if anyone wants to come by and see how big a jerk I really am! :D

Maybe next time - I've got meetings until then (unusual for a Friday). Hopefully, you'll be somewhere warmer tonight (i.e, virtually anywhere else).

Cool indeed. Unless of course it's an old 5300, in which case, very HOT.
