iOS Debug Console "autohides"

Hi,

im developing a HTML5 application using raphael.js.

I'm running into problems with touch events not being registered. I turned on the debug console (using Simulator) for Safari but I'm unable to access it.

The page is rendered succesfully. But I have to flick/scroll down the page to get a glimpse of the debug console. Unfortunately I have to release the mouse/touch and the display "hides" the debug console again.
