Best note taking apps available?

Hello,
I'm new to note taking stuff was wondering if its possible to have a sort of "pad" app on the ipad where you can draw and type. then it gets instantly synced back to a computer or online account such as mobileme.

Might be asking for too much but does anyone know of anything?
