Does anyone know if this exists?
I haven't really searched much but I am thinking about using an ipad in my office and all I need is the ability to upload PDF's into a "notebook plus"-like app AND the ability to write on/over the PDF and save the form with the notes as a PDF.

This would give me the ability to use forms that I have and upload them to electronic files.

Anyone??? Is this even possible?

Thanks in advance :)

I like GoodReader for a PDF app that lets you write notes with you finger (or stylus pen)
BUT, does anyone know a similar app that will stream to Apple TV. I want to be able to send my ukulele songs with chords to my TV so we can all play from the same sheet.

You can fill forms, sign contracts and annotate PDFs with Xodo, and it is completely free on the app store (https://itunes.apple.com/app/xodo-docs-sign-annotate-pdf/id805075929?mt=8).
