In my car, I am able to pair a phone device and a music device. With an iPhone or Android, you can have a single device act as both the music and phone.

However, the iPod Touch can only be paired as a music device. I would like to be able to pair it as a phone device so that I can sync my contacts from my Touch to the Car.

Yes I know I won't be able to make calls with my Touch, but is there any way to spoof the iPod Touch bluetooth interface so that it is perceived as an iPhone?

Thanks,
JC

No, not right now, I'm also finding a good app to make my bluetooth can work as phone, but haven't found it.:(

Thanks Brucewl...I've searched the app store and couldn't find anything that seemed like it would work. I've looked at options for Jailbrake'd phones, but couldn't find anything either.

Let me know if you have any luck!
