Help! Finder is gone!

After installing 10.3.7 on a machine, the Finder is gone. I can still use all my applications but I can not find a way to start Finder!?
Any ideas, or do I have to reinstall the system?

Sounds like QT is somehow corrupted. In this case, looks like you need to do a clean install of the OS.

I would try an Archive install first. That should save your Apps, and user folders, while redoing the rest of the system. If that doesn't help, then a Full clean install will be needed. But it is worth a try to save something by using Archive Install first.
