1 MINT condition DDR-333MHz-CL2.5-PC2700 stick with a capacity of 512MB. The brand is Shintronics, Serial # is SAP-512MEG PBG4333 and it comes with a lifetime guarantee.
Price is $180 Canadian.
I previously had this in my Aluminum Powerbook 1.25GHz. I pulled it because I have replaced it with a GB stick (I still have another 512 stick in there). I used it for about 6 months without a problem. It has either been stored in powerbook or in protective case for the duration of its existence.
It will work in all Aluminum Powerbooks and G4 iBooks.
