What makes you think MBPs have IPS screens?

ALL Apple laptops use TN panels! Most of them are pretty good.
The panel they used in the aluminium MacBook, however, can be considered as one of the worst.

This link claims different. Says IPS in MBP.

Completely wrong facts on that site. For example: ALL MBPs have a LED backlit panel.

Edit: Just realised the date of the post. He's right about the backlighting. However, the panels have always been TN.
