Many car stereos on the market today have a colour screen capable of displaying album art and playing videos from any iOS device.

Such as the Pioneer MVH-P8200

Is it possible to transfer video from the TomTom GPS app over to the deck?

If you are jailbroken, you can use TVouttuner and mirror your iPhone screen from the video out.

Works well, but not every app works perfectly.

I could be wrong but I think those decks just download the information from the device and display it on the screen, I don't think you can display the screen from your device in realtime. Though as someone said it may be possible with a jailbroken phone.

i have a jailbroken iphone 4 and this exact deck (ixa e404), My deck does not pick up my iphone for some reason. does this happen to anyone else? how do i fix it??? please help
