Guys,

Looking at getting a Black 160GB iPod Classic... does anybody know if there is a new iPod due to come out?

iPods seem to refresh around September-ish, to coincide with back-to-school promotions.

Some have speculated that the Classic may be on its way out. If you want one, buy it now.

iPods are usually refreshed on a annual basis sometime in September. That being said, they did not refresh the iPod classic last time around. I think you're safe to buy.
