ibook logic board question?

Hello all!i bought an ibook off ebay about six months ago.sadly,yesterday it started displaying the logic board issues.i checked the serial numbers and its part of the replacement program.Is there a problem if i'm not the original owner?i didn't recieve any paperwork with the sale.thanks for your help.

call apple and hope no one has registered it in thier name becuase i think apple then need a transfer request by the last registered owner ?

call them and explain the situation they may be nice and reapir it under the program or be horrible and say no (you have to do this yada yada) !!

i bought my ibook a year ago over ebay as well.

i'm currently on an exchange in japan and my logic board broke last week. called the apple support, gave them my serial number and my address. they picked up my ibook the next day and i got it back 2 days later. works perfectly now :)
