-Newest macbook unibody

My macbook's back hinges have loosened, which is to say pretty frustrating.
This has happened without any forced damage (droping it, sitting on it etc.).
Apple won't take it back without a charge, but this seems to be a problem with bad manufacturing?

Does anyone else have this problem?

do you have any warenty and they are not accepting it? Im geting really tempted into not buying a macbook for a powerful macbook i keep reading bad things about them, I wanted to go for the basic macbook and the rubber thing is a bigger problem than what i thought it was made out to be

Same, I hope they improve with the refresh.
