iPad has been reset, what next?

Never mind, once I updated iTunes all went OK.


I just picked up a used iPad and the previous owner reset everything. When I turn it on I get a iTunes logo and a usb plug logo with an arrow pointing to the iTunes logo. What does this mean, what do i do?
