I suspect that I'm flogging a dead horse on this one since trawling through Google so far hasn't highlighted anything, but does anyone know of a bluetooth adaptor compatible with an iPhone 3GS that supports the rSAP/SAP bluetooth profile such that I would be able to connect my phone to the factory fitted premium bluetooth system in a Mark 6 VW Golf? It seems clear that there is no solution from either Apple or VW and the only other thing that I have seen are relatively expensive aftermarket solutions. Recently I started to wonder whether their might be a simple adaptor that connects to the iPhone's Dock Connector port that would enable rSAP/SAP but all I can find are ones for A2DP.
Is anyone aware of such an adaptor? This issue continues to drive me nuts.
