I have a remote user who got a Siemens SX1 mobile and is trying to sync with Addressbook/iCal and his Palm data. The phone is detected in his Network preferences and he can configure options for use as a modem. It also shows up in the system profiler as a connected usb device. Where it does NOT show up is in iSync--it does not seem to detect it at all.
Can anybody offer anybody help with this? The user is running a G4 iBook with 10.3.7, iSync v1.5
