How do i put my itunes on my second HD?

I went into the prefs for itunes, and set it so it stores it in my second HD, but nothing happens. It loads through all my songs, but then it doesn't move them, i need to put them on the second one because with it i only have 3GB free on my main, (i know i need a new bigger HD)

in prefs, under the 'advanced' setting tab, you need to change the location of your itunes library to reside on your other HD. It should work fine from that point on.

...and once it works fine from that point on for every new song you add, you need to find all of your songs and move their location to the 2nd HD - or at least on Windows...

There is also good scripts at the below location for multiple iTunes Library's that can be on other external or internal drives. If you want more than 2 libraries I think you have to register it though. Anyway there is a lot of scripts there and information.
