alright. i never synced the phone and i deleted all the pictures and videos.

not with itunes, or on the phone though. i have a pc and i deleted everything through the explorer window. i thought everything would have went to the recycle bin but they did not. is there anyway i can get the videos and pictures back?

Can you clarify, what pictures/videos did you delete?

A.Directly from the phone or
B.Directly from your PC

You can't. The recycle bin holds files that were deleted from external hard drives and the native drive that has Windows installed. When you delete anything from a flash drive in an explorer window it gets permanently deleted, at least I believe so.
