Is there anything out there for OSX that allows you to control (on a program by program basis) which program can access the internet?

I know OSX's built-in firewall allows fo access via port numbers, but I want to know about and control each individual program's access (like Zonealarm).

Yes, Little Snitch is very good. I found one program was phoning home that I didn't know about, but most were well behaved which was good.
