What application is the best to create ISO from DVD?

Hi,

I'm currently in the process of transferring my DVDs on my hard drive to be able to watch then on Boxee on my ATV...

My problem is that every good application I find (Ripit for example) rip the DVD to a .dvdmedia file, which doesn't work quite well on the Boxee...

I don't want to encode them using Handbrake neither, I want to keep the whole DVD as a .iso file

Any suggestions??
