I'm almost sure that like Yahoo! you have to buy an extra package to have this ability. However, it is possible with GMail.

edit: Oops, I'm sorry it seems there is a free way, sorry M$. Anyway go Here (http://windows.about.com/od/customizingwindows/l/aa020512a.htm) and just fill in the blanks in Mail. Outlook and Mail work the same way with servers.
