Good PowerBook 15" Deal?

I have an oputunity to buy a used PowerBook 15" with these specs:

15" Screen
512mb RAM (one slot free)
80gb HD 4200rpm
Superdrive (2x)
Airport Extreme
Bluetooth
Backlit Keyboard
1 year old (January 10th, 2004)
All external cases just replaced ($300 value)
AppleCare until January '07
The entire Adobe Suite installed
MS office 2000 installed

I would be buying this at $1300, including shipping

That's a sweet deal, especially just for the software. It's also plenty fast to handle all of that, don't turn it down!!!
