I don't know if its me being paranoid, but I thought a 1.5 Ghz with an ATI 9700 would run way smooth. My two fingered scrolling is way laggy on most web pages, and my photoshop seems to lag quite a bunch as well. Is there anything I could do about it? Maybe try a restore and reinstall all my programs? New graphics drivers? I'm a little disappointed with my machine.
