My father is using Cubase since VST 24. He is a musician, so Cubase is a vital product for him. Until the classic releases, Cubase Worked just fine, but after that, Cubase SX seems to have taken a step backwards in stability, and my father has experienced graphic glitches, and many crashes!

He obtained Cubase SX 2 which was a bit more stable, and after that, Cubase SX 3 wich is even more stable than the other 2, but still he experiences random crashes!

Also, I should note that even if he has a dual G4 1.25 with OS X 10.3.8 and 2 gbytes RAM, the bar which shows the CPU Usage is going to 70% with using just 2 plugins! Cubase for windows performs A LOT better

So, he tried Apple's Logic 6.4. And it ran twice as fast and as good in my father's computer. It's stability also, is unparalleled.

But my father doesn't want to change to Logic, because all his music is written in Cubase, and also Logic hasn't got the good MIDI support Cubase has (although in AU Logic rocks!).

I just wanted to know if you have any information related to this matter... Any info would be great. Thanks.
