Can not boot into Mac. External Monitor Not working.

Hello, I have recently installed windows 7 using bootcamp.
I have installed the bootcamp .exe files from Apple but it says that I need to update my bootcamp...
But now, I can not boot into Mac. Also my external monitor is not recognized.

Help?
