Just about your only option for high-res KVM's that do DVI is the more expensive Gefen KVMs.
Two port: http://www.gefen.com/kvm/product.jsp?prod_id=1208 for $449
4-port w/ADC: http://www.gefen.com/kvm/product.jsp?prod_id=1465 for $849

I've seen the previous 4-port dvi-only for around $700 I think. http://www.gefen.com/kvm/product.jsp?prod_id=1304 for specs.

These are the only DVI switchers I've seen that do resolutions above 1600x1200

There is a far less elegant, but more affordable option I found (after following your link). Gefen makes DVI switchers that do not handle USB; use one of those in conjunction with a cheap KVM that is $40-50 and you have a cluttered but inexpensive solution.

The relevant links: I personally will probably use the Belklin OmniView SOHO 4 port VGA/USB/Audio KVM, which is $169 with 4-port Gefen DVI-only.

The total, $520, is $330 less than an integrated solution from Gefen...

For a two port KVM, the all-in-one Gefen does seem to be the better choice; $139 (2 port Belkin) + $250 (2 port DVI-only Gefen) = $380 vs $449 for an integrated Gefen...
