Need HD/RAM suggestion

I finally registered for the forum after being a lurker for sometime. Anyways I have a 13" macbook I bought back in mid 2007 and a couple of days ago it died on me. I inserted disk one and tried to find the HD, but it wouldn't show up. So basically I know where I'm at, and I know how to replace a HD, but I need suggestions on a replacement.

I understand I need a 2.5" SATA. I'm not looking to spend an arm and a leg, but I want something reliable and fast.

Suggestions?

You know I figured while I'm in there....why not upgrade the RAM to 4g. Can anyone point me in the right direction for a good 2x2gb RAM set? Thanks again!
