How to check battery health?

I've got a unibody MacBook about 11 months old, can someone let me know how i can check the battery health?

Thanks, just downloaded it and checked it. Im at 570 cycles and the battery capacity is down to 97%. So i guess the battery is still good 🙂

Make sure you've properly calibrated the battery, to ensure those readings are accurate.

How too calibrate. You'll see better performance all round doing a calibration ever now and then. I do it every couple of months.
