I made the mistake of moving a file in iPhoto instead of importing the actual pictures in it. iPhoto got corrupted and would not open. My hard drive got full and I purchased a 250 GIG LaCie and rebuilt the library manually. I also installed iphoto buddy which is a help but in the last week I have experienced a number of lock up and a few times have not been able to log out. I have verified my permissions but it does not seem to help.
Looking through different forums I have not found anyone with the same type of problem.
