can i turn my ipod touch into a "bluetooth headset" of another phone?

hello.

is there an application that make it possible that ipod touch will receive calls that are made to a cellphone (that can be used with bluetooth headset)?

if there is not such thing, can i just receive "push notification" messege that tells me i have incoming call to my phone?
