I need to find an network app that does these two basic things.....
1.) Monitor guest and their activity that I allow to come in and out of my network, such as friends, family members or anyone who might come over to the house and use the net....
2.) An app that would allow me to adjust the internet speed or I guess bandwidth going to each computer..
