Seriously though. Where is the best place to buy one? I actually live in the East Bay, and Emeryville blows. In the past I have gone to Palo Alto. Walnut Creek is too small. The city is too packed and cold with no parking. Am I missing a good store to kick it at in the Bay Area?

There's a small Apple store in the Stanford Shopping Center in Palo Alto.

Walnut Creek is an insanely busy store... They always get fantastic shipping quantities. And right now the light is not that long, maybe 50...

There's Stonetown Mall, over by San Francisco State. I think it's off the 280. That's about it for apple stores in SF that I know of :-(

now that rain is pretty much a given in the bay area, what are peoples strategies ? I preordered mines but debating if i should go pick up a 32gb again like i have done in the past years.
