Apple tv w/ 4.1.1

I just had to replace my replace my apple tv and the new one came with 4.1.1. Is their any reason not to upgrade? I am not jailbroken, but would like to.
 
If you want to jb, dont do the update as youll then have to wait for a new jb that deals with the latest update.
