App to back up 4gb USB stick in the same way as Time Machine?

Im looking for an app to back up my USB memory stick, thought id lost it the other day and I realised how much work i'd lose.

I'm currently using USB Backup. It's pretty good, but does take up a LOT of space as it backs up and compresses the whole thing each type, making each backup around 3.4gb.

I was wondering if anyone knew of something that backed up only the changes, ala Time Machine? I'm currently backing up to my local HDD and I really dont have that much spare space to play with (15gb ish)

You might want to look at Do Something When. This should allow you to make a copy of your drive every time you plug it in.

Time Machine can back up external drives and USB sticks if they are formatted as HFS+. They should appear in TM's include/exclude column in system preferences.
