I get this message:
The software required for communicating with the iPod is not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes to install the iPod's software.
Have done this! and uninstalled all of iTunes and started againg - but still the message comes up! :confused:
The only thing that I've done, is put aload of my girlfriends cds onto her side (user) of Windows XP ready to put on the iPod. I have been able to add more songs to the ipod from my user all day - but now the message comes up on my side aswell???? :mad:
