Did anybody buy raw 2011 mbp and used it for few days(extensively) and changed to ssd? Can someone tell me if that reduced the heat a bit?

I love my new mbp but I use it fairly extensively already and wanted to know if heat gets reduced little bit after installing ssd?

I already use smcfan control and it did help a bit but I wish mbp stays bit cooler.(I know this is not a laptop.. lol)

Just anything will help.. thanks guys!!
 
After reading all these thread with people with heat issues, I was slightly worried about picking up a new 13" (i5). Using it for just light browsing, and iTunes I'm getting temps in the 40s (C). Coming from a Rev. B. MBA, that's icy cold. What kind of temperatures were you getting?
 
I put a SSD in my 13" after a day or so and I don't think it really affected the heat and/or noise. Then again I didn't notice anything before I switched the HDD either.
 
I switched to SSD as soon as I took the MBP out of the box.

Still though, even under very heavy use I'm not having heat issues.

I did the same thing - it was definitely a little quieter but there was not much in it.
