My first post on here, so sorry if this is in the incorrect place.
I have been looking for hours for a way to have 5 or more Icons on the homescreen that when clicked will open up a PDF in safari.
I have added the file to /var/mobile/Media and then created a webclip through safari.
I then had to install "file:// for MobileSafari" which allowed local files to be viewed in Safari. (before this I would get an error saying unable to open local files)
I am now getting the error "Safari Cannot open the page. The error was: The operation couldn't be completed. Operation not permitted."
When I try browsing to the local file in iLunascape it works fine. However, this app does not allow you to add webclips to the homescreen.
Does anyone have any possible solutions?
