Possible to Download MP3's from my email to itunes library on Ipad2?

i've always wondered, is it possible to download an mp3 file that was sent to me on my ipad, and download it to my itunes library without getting a computer involved and doing it manually? this should be a post pc device so i should be able to do this right?
